Smoothie bowls are the ultimate upgrade to the traditional smoothie. Unlike a smoothie supped from a glass, this creamy blend is so thick you can eat it with a spoon.
You can really add anything you like to your smoothie (even vegetables!), but if you are going to consume it from a bowl, you don’t want to add too much liquid. Add any toppings you like too – I like an additional dollop of chocolate banana peanut butter smoothie mix, plus more fresh berries.
Raspberry smoothie
½ cup raspberries (fresh or frozen)
½ cup blueberries (fresh or frozen)
½ frozen banana
1 tablespoon chia seeds
¼ cup + 2 tablespoons coconut milk
1 serving vanilla protein powder
Add everything to a blender and mix until smooth. Easy!
