Update a drab headboard with fancy fabric. It’s a breeze.
Change the style of your room in an instant by covering a plain headboard with patterned fabric.
If you don’t have a headboard, use a length of timber that can be easily slotted in front of your bed.
If your headboard is already padded, simply stretch your new fabric over the headboard to the back, and staple the fabric to the back of the board using a staple gun. Make sure you pull the fabric tight to eliminate any creases.
If your headboard is not padded, or if you are using a length of timber, first cover the board with foam (glue it in place), then stretch the fabric over the foam to the back of the board. Staple as above.
You’re done!
