Whip up this Friday night treat in 15 minutes flat!
Sometimes you just don’t feel like cooking after a hard day’s work, right? Well, with these steak sandwiches, you need just 15 minutes in the kitchen, and you’re done!
Ingredients:
Beef rump steak
Salt and freshly ground pepper
Garlic and herb naan bread (1 per person)
Lime and jalapeno humus (or humus of your choice)
Red onion, sliced
Small tomatoes, halved
Fresh dill
Method:
Cover steak with greaseproof paper and pound to tenderise and flatten. Season with salt and pepper, then fry or grill until cooked to your taste.
Heat naan bread then spread with humus. Top with steak, raw red onion, tomatoes and fresh dill.
