Birthdays, weddings or summer barbecues – and especially Mother’s Day – these pretty floral ice cubes suit any occasion. Use edible flowers, such as borage, cornflower, calendula petals, rose petals, dianthus and viola, but make sure they are spray-free.

Floral ice cubes are easy to make – just add your edible flowers to an ice cube tray, add water, then freeze!
